Fresh strawberries simmered with a touch of of our Breakfast and Baking Syrup and lemon juice until soft, jammy, and spoonable.
The Perfect Layer
Spoon half the coulis into the bottom of your glass, add half the smoothie, layer the remaining coulis, then finish with the rest of the smoothie for a sweet, swirled finish in every sip.

Ingredients
Strawberry Coulis
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 tsp lemon juice
Smoothie
½ cup frozen banana
2 cups frozen strawberries
Âź cup frozen avocado
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Make the coulis:
 Add strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a small saucepan. Simmer on low for 5â7 minutes until soft and jammy. Let cool slightly. -
Blend the smoothie:
 Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth. -
Layer the smoothie:
Spoon half of the strawberry coulis into the bottom of a glass.
Pour in half of the smoothie.
Add the remaining coulis.
Top with the rest of the smoothie.
Serve immediately.
