Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup Flourish Baking and Breakfast Syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tbsp seeds (chia, hemp, flax)


Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C) and line a pan with parchment.
  2. Mix rolled oats, Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, cinnamon, and seeds together.
  3. Stir in Flourish Syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil.
  4. Spread on the pan and bake 30 minutes.
  5. Cool and store in an airtight container.
