Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup Flourish Baking and Breakfast Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp seeds (chia, hemp, flax)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C) and line a pan with parchment.
- Mix rolled oats, Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, cinnamon, and seeds together.
- Stir in Flourish Syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil.
- Spread on the pan and bake 30 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
