  • ¼ cup Flourish Protein Pancake Mix (pick your favourite flavour!)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp almond milk, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together all the ingredients until a smooth batter with no lumps, if formed.
  2. Bake in the microwave for 1 minute (900W). You may have to increase or decrease baking time by 20 seconds burst depending on your microwave. 
  3. Enjoy immediately with any toppings you desire like chocolate chips, nuts, or frozen yogurt!
