 Have you ever been craving something sweet, but don't have anything in the house that satisfies? 

Well, this recipe can be whipped up with basic ingredients you probably already have on hand - in less than 5 minutes. Our Brownie For One recipe is deliciously rich and still less than 200 calories! And as always, it's high protein. 21g to be exact.

Combine your ingredients in a microwave safe mug, then bake in the microwave, oven, or air fryer - depending on how urgently you need your sweet tooth satisfied!


Prep Time 3 minutes
Cook Time 1 minute - 20 minutes
Total Time 4 minutes - 23 minutes
Servings 1 brownie 


 Flourish Pancakes​​


  • ⅓ cup (35g) Flourish Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 tbsp (5g) cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp (50g) greek yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice (or water)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Light Maple Syrup

Optional Mix-Ins

  • 1 tsp (5g) sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp (5g) chopped walnuts 


  1. In a microwave safe mug or bowl, stir Flourish Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix, cocoa powder, greek yogurt, milk, and syrup together. Mix well, until all ingredients are combined.
  2. If using, fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  3. Three ways to bake! Choose between:      
Microwave: Set on high for 45-50 seconds.       
Oven: Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.       
Air Fryer: Set to 275°F for 18-20 minutes
