1 cup Flourish Buttermilk or Original mix
1/4 cup ricotta
1/3 cup water or milk of choice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup blueberries
1. In a large bowl, whisk Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, ricotta, egg, water, and lemon juice together. Fold in blueberries.
2. Heat up a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, add ¼ cup of the pancake batter. Let the pancakes cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
3. Once the pancakes are cooked, remove them from the heat and repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
