Ingredients

Donut Batter


Syrup Glaze (optional)

Cinnamon Sugar Coating (optional)

  • ½ cup granulated sweetener of choice
    (we used monk fruit)

  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all donut batter ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pipe batter evenly into the donut mold.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  5. Allow donuts to cool slightly before finishing.

  6. To Finish:

    • Glaze: Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle or dip donuts.

    • Cinnamon Sugar: Lightly brush donuts with Flourish Breakfast & Baking Syrup, then roll in cinnamon sugar until coated.
