Ingredients
Donut Batter
1 cup Flourish Gingerbread Protein Pancake Mix
⅓ cup milk or milk alternative (we used skim milk)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
Syrup Glaze (optional)
½ cup powdered sweetener of choice
Cinnamon Sugar Coating (optional)
½ cup granulated sweetener of choice
(we used monk fruit)½ tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together all donut batter ingredients until smooth.
Pipe batter evenly into the donut mold.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow donuts to cool slightly before finishing.

Glaze: Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle or dip donuts.
Cinnamon Sugar: Lightly brush donuts with Flourish Breakfast & Baking Syrup, then roll in cinnamon sugar until coated.
