Microwaveable mug cake takes just 75 seconds for a great breakfast to be eaten with your favorite beverage.
You can't take a bowl of cereal and milk with you to go, but you can take a Flourish Mug cake.
Because of lactose intolerance I don't eat cereal and milk, but I love this alternative.
Pancake in a mug.
Add a little water 75 seconds and ready to go.
Love the blueberry.
Great that it has protein.

The protein in whey is made up of contents that are extracted from milk. Milk is made up of two proteins, casein and whey. The casein in milk is where the whey protein comes from. Whey protein can be separated from the casein or formed as a by-product of cheese making. When the water and casein are extracted, a whey protein concentrate is produced.
