Ingredients
- 1 cup Flourish Protein Pancake Mix
- ¾ cup water
- 1 can Cinnamon Rolls with Original Icing (5 Count)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together your favourite Flourish Protein Pancake Mix with water. Set aside.
- On medium-low heat, in a non-stick pan, unravel a cinnamon roll and place it on the pan. Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter over top of the cinnamon roll. Add a tbsp of water around the pancake, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the pancake over, add another tbsp of water, and cover again for 3-4 minutes or until the water evaporates .
- Remove the pancake from the pan and immediately top with icing. Finish with optional toppings like maple syrup and enjoy!
