Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients
Buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¾ cup Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, cubed
Herb & Garlic Butter
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp thinly sliced basil
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- Marinara sauce, warmed (for serving)
Instructions

Melt butter and cheese in a microwavable bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

Fold in Flourish, egg, and salt until dough texture forms. Chill dough ball in the fridge for an hour.

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Once dough has chilled, cut the dough into 16 pieces. Wrap each piece of dough around a piece of cheese.

Form dough balls into a tree on the lined baking sheet (or any shape you’d like) and sprinkle cheese overtop. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops of buns are golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together butter, parmesan, basil, parsley, rosemary, and garlic until combined.

Brush herb & garlic butter mixture over top of buns and serve immediately with a side of warmed marinara sauce.
