Protein Pizza Pancakes

  • 2 cups Flourish Buttermilk Pancake Mix

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup shredded marble cheese (you can use your favourite) 

  • ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped (or sausage) 

  • ¼ cup green pepper, chopped

  • ¼ cup red pepper, chopped

  • Pizza sauce, for dipping


  1. Heat skillet over medium heat and grease.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the Flourish Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. 

  3. In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the cheese, peppers, and bacon. 

  4. Pour approximately ⅓ cup onto a hot skillet and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until golden brown.

  5. Cut pancakes with pizza cutter into 4 triangles, garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
