Ingredients
Biscuits:
- 2 ½ cups Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
- 2 tsp granulated erythritol
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Add melted butter and buttermilk, and use a spatula to mix until just combined.
- Fold in shredded cheese until evenly combined.
- Use a large cookie scoop or ¼ cup measuring cup to portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through and the tops are golden.
- While the biscuits are baking, in a small bowl combine melted butter, parsley, garlic and stir.
- As soon as the biscuits are out of the oven, use a pastry brush to coat each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
