Cheddar Bay Biscuits

  • 2 ½ cups Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix

  • 2 tsp granulated erythritol

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

    2. In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. 

    3. Add melted butter and buttermilk, and use a spatula to mix until just combined.

    4. Fold in shredded cheese until evenly combined.

    5. Use a large cookie scoop or ¼ cup measuring cup to portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. 

    6. Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through and the tops are golden.

    7. While the biscuits are baking, in a small bowl combine melted butter, parsley, garlic and stir.

    8. As soon as the biscuits are out of the oven, use a pastry brush to coat each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.

    9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
