Blend roasted garlic with feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and our syrup until smooth and cloud-like. Adjust to taste, then spread onto a serving plate and swoosh with the back of a spoon. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, a touch more syrup, and cracked pepper or chili flakes. Serve with warm flatbread, crisp veggies, or crackers for the ultimate summer dip.

Ingredients

Roasted Garlic

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Whipped Feta

  • 4 oz feta, crumbled
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tbsp Flourish Breakfast & Baking Syrup
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

To Garnish

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Flourish Breakfast & Baking Syrup
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Roast garlic: Slice top off garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast at 400°F (205°C) for 40–45 minutes until soft. Cool and squeeze out cloves.
  2. Blend: Add roasted garlic, feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp Flourish Syrup to a food processor. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness, texture, and seasoning with more syrup, olive oil, salt, or pepper.
  4. Serve: Spread onto a plate, swoosh with a spoon, drizzle with olive oil and Flourish Syrup, and finish with cracked pepper and red pepper flakes.
