Instructions:
For the Crepes
1½ cups (150g) Flourish Birthday Cake Protein Pancake Mix
2 cups milk of choice
2 large eggs
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
For the Whipped Cream
400g whipping cream
40g powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Make Crepe Batter: Whisk together Flourish pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Cook Crepes: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, scoop about ¼ cup of batter and swirl to coat the pan. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side. Let crepes cool completely before assembling.
Whip Cream: Beat cream, sweetener, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Assemble: Layer cooled crepes with whipped cream until stacked.
Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy!
