Instructions:

For the Crepes

  • 1½ cups (150g) Flourish Birthday Cake Protein Pancake Mix

  • 2 cups milk of choice

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract


For the Whipped Cream

  • 400g whipping cream

  • 40g powdered sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:
  1. Make Crepe Batter: Whisk together Flourish pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Cook Crepes: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, scoop about ¼ cup of batter and swirl to coat the pan. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side. Let crepes cool completely before assembling.

  3. Whip Cream: Beat cream, sweetener, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

  4. Assemble: Layer cooled crepes with whipped cream until stacked.

  5. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy!
