Flourish Costco Gift Card Contest

Official Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Flourish Costco Gift Card Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Flourish Pancakes (the “Sponsor”).

By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on July 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who:

  • have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry; or
  • if under the age of majority, have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The Contest is not open to:

  • employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of Flourish Pancakes;
  • immediate family members of such persons; or
  • persons residing in the same household as such individuals.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter using either of the following methods:

Purchase Entry (Receipt Submission via Form)

During the Contest Period:

  1. Purchase one (1) bag of Flourish from a participating Costco location in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba.
  2. Take a clear photograph or scan of your receipt.
  3. Complete the official Contest entry form and upload your receipt directly within the form.

Each valid receipt submission through the form counts as one (1) entry.

Receipts must clearly show:

  • date of purchase;
  • participating Costco location; and
  • purchase of an eligible Flourish product.

Each eligible receipt may only be submitted once. Multiple eligible receipts may be submitted, with each valid receipt counting as one (1) entry.

No Purchase Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, email partnerships@flourishpancakes.com with the subject line:

“Flourish No Purchase Entry”

and include a minimum fifty (50) word original response explaining:

“What makes a great pancake or breakfast experience?”

Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person.

Purchase and no-purchase entries will be treated equally.

4. Prize

One (1) prize is available to be won:

One (1) Prepaid Visa® Gift Card valued at CAD $500.

Approximate retail value of the prize: CAD $500.

The prize:

  • is non-transferable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash; and
  • cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Prepaid Visa® Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.

Costco Wholesale Corporation and its affiliates are not sponsors of, nor affiliated with, this Contest.

5. Winner Selection

On or about August 14, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

Failure to correctly answer the question may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.

7. Notification of Winner

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their Contest entry.

If the selected entrant:

  • cannot be contacted within seven (7) days;
  • fails to respond;
  • fails the skill-testing question; or
  • otherwise does not comply with these Rules,

that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release form within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, and contacting participants regarding the Contest unless the participant expressly consents to additional communications.

Receipt images submitted as part of an entry will be used solely for verifying eligibility and administering the Contest.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries;
  • lost, corrupted, inaccessible, or unreadable receipt uploads;
  • technical failures;
  • email transmission failures; or
  • any other errors affecting participation in the Contest.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Flourish Pancakes, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

11. Meta Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any responsibility related to the Contest.

12. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
