Waffle Gingerbread House

Ingredients:

Waffles

  • 2 cups Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix

  • 1 cup Water

  • 2 tsp Gingerbread Spice

  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Ground Allspice

  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cloves

  • Royal Icing

  • Variety of Christmas candies

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk Flourish Pancake Mix, water, and spices together until combined.

2. Pour ⅓ cup of the batter into a greased and heated waffle iron.

3. Cook until the waffles are crispy on the outside.

4. Cut the waffles into 4 squares, 2 rectangles, 2 triangles and set aside in a single layer (do not stack the waffles).

5. Using royal icing, carefully glue the house together.

6. Decorate with various Christmas candies.
