Summer Bruschetta Pizza

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ½ cup Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • ⅓ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Optional Summer Bruschetta Topping

  • 1 tbsp olive oil  
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 peach, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced 
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • 12 balls (60g) mini bocconcini
  • Fresh basil
  • Balsamic glaze





            1. Preheat oven to 400°F
            2. Combine, Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, water, and olive oil. Form into a soft dough
            3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 4" circle
            4. Top each crust with a drizzle of olive oil, tomatoes, peach, garlic, onion, and bocconcini mixture. 
            5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden. Top with fresh and balsamic glaze.
