Protein Pizza Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups Flourish Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup shredded marble cheese (you can use your favourite)
- ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped (or sausage)
- ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup red pepper, chopped
- Pizza sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat and grease.
- In a large bowl, combine the Flourish Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the cheese, peppers, and bacon.
- Pour approximately ⅓ cup onto a hot skillet and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Cut pancakes with pizza cutter into 4 triangles, garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
