Ingredients


Dough
  • ⅓ cup Flourish Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp non-dairy milk 

Cinnamon-Filling
  • 1  tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Flourish Pancakes​​

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine Flourish Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix, greek yogurt, and milk together until a dough begins to form.
  3. Sprinkle Flourish Mix on a clean surface, and roll dough into a rectangle (about ¼" thick)
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  6. Slice dough into 2 even rectangles and roll. 
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese, greek yogurt, and vanilla extract and pour over the cinnamon bun.
