Healthy Recipe: Protein Mini Donuts

Ingredients:

Donuts

  • 1/2 cup @flourishpancakes Vanilla Pancake Mix

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 egg

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • Food colouring

  • Melted white chocolate

  • Sprinkles (optional)

  • Syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add @flourishpancakes Vanilla Mix,  Greek yogurt, baking powder, milk and an egg, then mix.

  2. Pre-heat an electric mini donut maker.

  3. Add pancake batter to a piping bag, then fill each donut mould with the batter.

  4. After 1 minute, flip the donuts to cook the other side. Turn off the donut maker after another minute.

  5. While the donuts are cooling down, mix Greek yogurt with the food colouring.

  6. Dip the donuts into the Greek yogurt.

  7. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top. Optional: Add sprinkles

  8. Optional: Top with syrup.
