Healthy Recipe: Mini Egg Pancakes

  • 1 cup Buttermilk Flourish Pancakes Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 20g chocolate protein powder 
  • 1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt 
  • Crushed easter M&M's 
  • Mini chocolate easter eggs

Step 1


  1. Combine pancake mix with water until it has a thick consistency. 
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and add a tsp of oil. 
  3. Pour some of the pancake batter onto the skillet. After 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake and cook the other side. 
  4. Repeat step 3 for the remaining batter. 
  5. Stack the pancakes. 
  6. Mix protein powder with greek yogurt, then pour on top of pancake stack. 
  7. Add chopped M&M's. 
  8. Add chocolate easter eggs. 
  9. Optional: top with syrup.
