Bubble Waffle Cones

Servings 2-3 waffles

Ingredients:

  • ž cup Flourish Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • A pinch salt
  • 1 egg, large
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • Âź cup non-dairy milk
  • Âź cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Flourish, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt, and whisk to combine. 
  2. Add the egg, coconut sugar, non-dairy milk, water, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Gradually whisk the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Preheat bubble waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.
  4. Place 3/4 cup of the batter into the bubble maker and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side if using a hand held waffle maker or 5 minutes if using an electric bubble waffle maker. 
  5. Serve with desired toppings.
