    So good!

    I tasted the batter before it was cooked and it tasted like fresh peas so I was nervous but once cooked I put pbfit and sliced strawberries on the chocolate chip and it is an amazing and filling breakfast or snack! Highly recommend!!!

    Very good for gluten free

    I found these at Walmart and although I'm usually a bit wary about plant based gf mixes (they can taste really funny), it was on sale so I gave it a chance.

    While this is definitely better than some other mixes I've tried, if you're expecting it to taste like regular gluten pancakes you'll be disappointed. These don't taste BAD. I actually like them. But they also do better with added ingredients. Without them they taste too plain for my liking. Again, not BAD, just lacking flavour. So I'll add ingredients like cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract, peanut butter, etc. I also mix with part water and part milk.

    Tastes like the real thing

    Usually GF and Vegan pancakes are not light and fluffy. These are! I am able to reach my protein goals easily with these pancakes :). I do not add as much water and I usually cook one big pancake.
