Protein Pancake Kabobs

- 2 cups Flourish Protein Pancake Mix (your choice)
- 1 + ¾ cup water
- strawberries, sliced
- banana, sliced
- powdered sugar, to taste *optional
- maple syrup or chocolate sauce, to taste *optional
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together your pick of Flourish Protein Pancake Mix and water until combined. Transfer the batter into a large squeeze bottle.
- On a non-stick pan, squeeze a loonie-sized amount of the batter. Flip when bubbles rise and the bottom has browned.
- Once the pancakes are done, start the assembly. Feel free to use any pancake/fruit combinations to your liking. We like to do a pancake, strawberry, banana and repeat.
- Finish with powdered sugar and maple syrup and enjoy!
