            1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together your pick of Flourish Protein Pancake Mix and water until combined. Transfer the batter into a large squeeze bottle.
            2. On a non-stick pan, squeeze a loonie-sized amount of the batter. Flip when bubbles rise and the bottom has browned.
            3. Once the pancakes are done, start the assembly. Feel free to use any pancake/fruit combinations to your liking. We like to do a pancake, strawberry, banana and repeat.
            4. Finish with powdered sugar and maple syrup and enjoy!
